Our focus is on multiplying more effective "laborers for the harvest" (Mt 9:38). We do this by helping pastors and church leaders to become more proactive and effective in recruiting and equipping their members for effective involvement in ALL the "sending" and "going" roles that make up the missionary team.

Starting in 1980, I served 24 years with the U.S. Center for World Mission-the "missions pentagon" which oversees the popular Perspectives course, and which introduced and popularized the concept of "unreached peoples."

During that time I served first in the Information Technology department, then as assistant to the founder, Ralph Winter, and finally as personnel director.

In this last position, I became acutely aware of the huge obstacles most people face to joining God in mission. In 2004, God called my wife and to start a new ministry to focus on addressing those obstacles.

Meanwhile, in 1993 Jackie joined me, and God gave us three wonderful children: Joelle, Dana and Wesley.
